Amy Friedman is the founder of Friedman Associates, LLC. Prior to starting her own firm in 1990, she was VP of Technology Recruiting for a national search firm. Amy has 20 years of experience consulting to CEO's, Presidents and VP's of some of the world's leading companies such as G.E., Honeywell, Danaher, Siemens, Johns Manville, The Stanley Works, Energizer Personal Care, and Delta Products. Amy is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), the only national certification for search consultants. Amy has worked for 7 years as a volunteer on the Technical Committee for a global recruiting network, National Personnel Associates (NPA). This committee provides leadership to a global network of search consultants. Amy is a Platinum Award winner in NPA for individually placing candidates whose cumulative salaries exceed $5M U.S. She is also in the global Top 40 Achievers for 2007 & 2008 and Top 10 for 2008. Ivey Gianetti joined Friedman Associates as Researcher and Office Manager. She brings a wealth of professional experience that was gained while working for large and small organizations including 12 years at Unilever, where she held positions including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Planner and National Account Service Representative.
