Quality Assurance Manager- EXTREME MAKEOVER!

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the internal quality system including ISO compliance, driving robust quality practices and processes; hiring, project staffing, professional development planning and employee performance evaluations. In addition, you would be responsible for supplier quality development; developing partnerships and quality systems within the supply base.

Requirements
YOU MUST HAVE BOTH EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLIER QUALITY AND DEVELOPING INTERNAL QUALITY SYSTEMS. SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D, cause/effect, calibration audits and schedule compliance are all part of the package. You must have a BS or MS degree. CQE or CQM certification is preferred. You must have experience in a world class manufacturing environment.
